Hello again, everybody.

My name is Miles Spencer, and just over there is my operating partner, ad tech veteran Richard Hecker.

In the past 5 years, I was part of Mojiva’s growth to an ad serving platform serving 200 billion ads requests per month and working with 6,800 publishers representing 29,000 sites. The platform part, named Mocean Mobile, was sold to Pubmatic in 2014. The ad network asset, paused during the integration, was then (re)started and sold to our holding company, More Cowbell, LLC DBA Mojiva. Yes, the name was available!

Since that time, Mojiva II (to differentiate from the prior Mojiva Inc.) has been selectively adding publishers (supply) and advertisers (demand) to our mobile network which has grown steadily. Our goal is to restore the entire mobile footprint of Mojiva in 2015 and work with partners that want to reach and monetize our unique mobile asset.

It should be fun, given our choice of corporate name.
