Director of RTB and Mediation (Yield Optimization)
Leading provider of cutting-edge mobile ad network is looking for Director of Yield! We are looking for an A+ player with a successful track record in managing customer relations and growing business in a dynamic market and a fast-paced environment. Mobile advertising experience is a plus.

The individual is responsible for working directly with customers as well as sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The position’s main objectives are as follows:

• To drive yield for customers that are on the Mojiva network, increase demand with RTB and/or Mediation partners.
• To work with customers in understanding overall business strategies and how the platform/software will help achieve customer goals.
• To maintain and develop existing customers through high levels of service in order to expand and strengthen relationships.
• To communicate customer requirements and/or schedules to internal staff in a timely and executable manner.
• To assist with other sales and marketing activity such as trade shows and conferences.

Additional Responsibilities:
• Tracking and escalation of customer issues.
• Managing the customer invoicing process.

• 3-5 years of SAAS account or technical account management experience or yield optimization experience.
• Working with RTB systems
• Strategic account planning and execution experience and abilities.
• Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Goal oriented and self-motivated with strong time management skills.
• Able to work independently, or within a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in the mobile industry a plus.
